I'm a friendly, clean and tidy 25 year old professional working up at the university as a research assistant. I am looking for a double room in or very near the city centre, no Oldfield Park, Twerton or Weston please as that's near where I'm moving from. I'm looking to pay a maximum of £450 including bills though I would of course like to pay less than this! : )
