Temporary Standards & Quality Assurance Manager
My client is looking for an experienced project manager to work in Chippenham. To apply for this position you must have proven experience in project management and ideally have a background in working with quality standards, and clinical governance within the healthcare service.
The post will support a Deputy Director, and involve co-ordination and capacity building across the Trust to lead, promote, develop and maintain effective
Systems and processes of quality assurance and governance to embed activity in day to practice at Trust, SBU and service level
Trust wide compliance with Standards and its successor registration standards, that is underpinned by internal and external assurance, and evidence of activity, embedded across each year
in order to deliver sustained quality improvement in mental health services within a robust and publicly accountable framework that is fit for purpose.
The post holder will provide leadership, support and capacity building (including training, networking, and developing Trust wide tools, templates, and checklists) to support Trust corporate and operational leads in governance and compliance with Standards outcomes
