One Day, One Life to Change...

Most of us love our family and may even love our jobs, but how many times have you wished life could be easier?

Sometimes it's a niggling health problem that slows us down, or a past emotional issue that won't go away. Have you ever wondered if there is more to life? So why would you come along?

I have ran these days several times now and I know the results that can be achieved. One of our visitors came along because she was stressed at work, had a family she loved and not enough time for them. She had ended an abusive relationshio for herself and her family, but now had no social life. She wanted her life to be better, but couldn't see how things would change as she was feeling beaten by life.

8 weeks later I bumped into this lady. She looked taller to me and was dressed amazingly. In only a short time she had resolved her job issues which meant more time with the family. She had started socialising, in fact had taken up a great new hobby that meant she was meeting lots more people.

As I say, little changes can make the most difference!
