An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior-Sous Chef
The Company and Site
A recently restored 16th century coaching inn situated in a small Wiltshire village. Busy with enclosed terrace over the summer, all food is prep with fresh, localy asourced supplier as often as possible.
The Position
The right candidate will have to demonstrate skill and passion in his cooking for this food orientated gastro-pub. The right candidate will have similar experience at a 1 or 2 Rosettes level as a senior CDP or Junior sous.

* Up to scratch with Health & Safety laws and regulations
Required Experience
Essential: Min 2 years similar experience at a 1 Rosette Restaurant or gastro-pub - NVQ 3 and health and safety certificate.
Salary & Benefit
* Starting Salary £ 18000
* Live in accommodation available on request
