I am renting out my own house in the city and would like to find a more rural life in a cottage or estate cottage/annex. i also paint so would ideally like a space in which i can do this. Ideally i would like to help on a farm /with domestics/children activities - taking swimming etc. /animal care/cooking/entertaining/organising the house, housekeeping/PA/deliveries/shopping/house sitting. etc. in exchange for rent. However, i am able to pay a rent if a cottage/place on a farm is available without work. I would like access to some outside space as i would like to bring well-behaved cats. I am youngish! 36, female , fit, have great stamina, am positive, educated, creative, business minded, kind hearted and can cook. I have my own van for use too. For the last six years i have built up my own business which is successful and fairly seasonal and now has a manager in place running it.
