£44,000 - £48,000 + £5,000 car allowance + Benefits
Our client is one of the Country's leading Contractors with over 2100 employees working on any one of their current new build, refurb, healthcare, education, industrial or commercial projects. Due to their continual success and demand, they are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to work from their Bristol office on their new £4 million project in The South West
You will be responsible for the successful delivery, budget and completion of this scheme from start to finish. You will take into account the Health and Safety Plan and follow the safety methods and systems established for the site which may be set out in method statements, risk assessments, COSHH or otherwise. You will make site management aware of any unsafe conditions or Practices observed. You will report to the Contracts Manager.
You will come from a construction background and have experience in the Industrial, education and commercial sectors on projects from £2 million - £20 million and be confident to project manage schemes of similar size and type
