Hi, I am a professional female looking for a room in a shared flat or house as of the end of January. I am a clean and tidy person who will do their share of cleaning etc.

I do have a small catch though. I have a small cocker Spaniel, so would ideally like somewhere with a garden. She is house trained and would not be allowed in communal areas. She would live in my room and be my sole responsibility. She doesnt bark or howl or cry when left. She is not a chewer or have any bad habits like that, she is a very content dog and we spend alot of time out of the house together

I would obviously be happy to pay a larger deposit conidering the dog.

I am looking for somewhere within walking distance or a short bus ride to Bath city center.
