Hi!

We have a lovely room in our fantastic house to share with someone special.

The house itself is located in Upper Oldfield Park, 5 minutes walk from Moorland Road where there is everything you could possibly need, we have on street parking outside the house if you have a car but the number 10 bus stops right outside the house so you can be in town in under 10 minutes.

The house is great; we keep it pretty tidy, nice living room (awesome dvd collection), Big TV and a kitchen complete with dishwasher and washing machine. We also have wi-fi.

We have a tidy garden with big seating area and barbeque facilities which we put on whenever it seems to rain. It has facilities to keep a rabbit, or chickens or whatever I guess should that be a requirement.

Your room is a good sized single, spacious and has storage and a desk and LOADS of sunlight with views overlooking the garden and fields at the back.

You will be sharing with three young proffessionals: two guys and one girl, all very musical, (think flight of the concordes but with worse jokes), into gigs and general shindigerry.

We are looking for someone who is easy going, clean and up for a laugh. If you have good energy and like gigging, hide and seek and don't mind helping out round the house then come round and tell us some bad jokes.
