Our NEW beginners courses run on a 8 weekly basis and you are invited to register your interest now. Please be warned that courses can fill very quickly and you are much more likely to get a place on the course if you have someone who is prepared to learn the 'Lead' steps. The emphasis on our classes is to have fun social evening whilst learning the hot Latin dance that is......Salsa!

We currently run six varying levels of salsa from complete beginner through to improver standard. Each level focuses on different aspects of the dance and looks at more complex techniques and turn patterns.

Due to a shortage of men we are offering a 50% discount on their course fees. That means you could attend an eight week course for just £22.50; we'll let you do the maths as to how much that is per lesson. So, if you have ever wanted to try Salsa or you are already above beginner level and want a new challenge; there has never been a better time to come and meet new people and accept a new challenge!

Beginners course £45
Time 7.30-8.30pm
This includes a 45min lesson and 15mins freestyle

We run eight week courses that will not only teach you the basic steps but build into a routine that you can take to the dance floor. Each week we re-cap on the previous week before adding the next stage.
The number of attendees on each course is limited and we try to ensure an appropriate number of leaders and followers. This is to ensure students are not stood out for any length of time. The cost of this course is £45 and places are only secured once all monies are paid. Places are held on a first come first served basis.
Once dancers move from the beginners class they normally enter improvers classes. This is the biggest category of dancer in Bristol and it can be daunting to move up to classes where dancers may have been dancing for three years or more. Therefore, we hold 3 levels of "jumpers" classes before you reach our improvers class.


Jumpers Level One classes/course £45
(£6 per class or £61 for two simultaneous courses)
Time 8.30-9.30pm
This includes 45min lesson and 15mins freestyle

This eight week course is designed to complement the beginners course. The focus is on building your confidence and the necessary techniques needed to become a good 'leader' or 'follower'. We look at what skills you have developed and what areas may need more attention. We look at the moves you covered in the beginners course in more detail and add new ones.
These are fun classes that bridge the gap to the next level. Classes start with simple shines

Jumpers Level Two classes/course £45
(£6 per class or £61 for two simultaneous courses)
Time 9.30-10.15pm

This includes 45min lesson and 45mins freestyle until 11pm
This is an eight week course and designed to complement the Level One jumpers course, whilst bridging the gap to the level 3 classes. In these classes we accelerate your learning as you become more competent with techniques and bring in more complicated turn patterns. We also start to look at styling in more depth.

Jumpers Level Three classes/course £45
(£6 per class or £61 for two simultaneous courses)
Time 8.30-9.30pm
This includes 45min lesson and 15mins freestyle

The speed continues to pick up in these classes and by now you will be able to 'lead' and 'follow' to a good standard.
These classes will push you harder than before and each week offer different turn patterns. The techniques become more complicated and styling more advanced.

Improvers class/course £45
(£6 per class or £61 for two simultaneous courses)
Time 9.30-10.15pm
This includes 45min lesson and 45mins freestyle until 11pm.

Complex patterns of moves are taught each week as well as advanced techniques and styling. Students will be expected to be competent in all the basic moves before entering this class.
This class, more than the others, is designed to both push and challenge you. The aim is to enhance your abilities and widen your repertoire.
