Senior Sous Chef Requirements:
*A proven track record of working in a Michelin Star establishment
*A solid CV at management level
*Passion and creativity
*A strong team player with good man management skills
*A good understanding of costings, hygiene requirements and team training


For this position there may be temporary live-in accommodation until you find your own accommodation near by. Due to the location of this property you will need your own transport. Visas can be organised if necessary

The salary for this position is dependant on experience
Approx £28,000 - £30,000
Bonus based on GP
