Very Busy Cafe is looking for a part time Chef/Cook. This person must be able to work as part of a team, and or with the ability to work on own initiative. We have a very busy lunch trade, and our menu consists of homemade soups, pies,cassaroles and other main course and snack dishes. Using fresh home grown and quality produce .

Duties Include
* Working quick to ticket orders.
* organising specials menu board.
* Washing up and Clearing Kitchen throughout and at the end of day.
* Cleaning equipment.
* High Hygiene Standards.
* Ability to manage stock levels with minimal waste.
* Salery depending on experience.
* Part Time, 15 - 20 hours a week, 7.30/8.30am - 3.30/4.00pm
no evenings!
* Covering Maturnity for one year and with added holiday cover.
Starting January - End February 2011. -- Possible work in December 2009.
