small old caravan with large awning (£275)
This is an old caravan, very basic. Used when friends come to stay, but need space on drive now.
2 single beds or can be made into double by dropping the table down. Has gas cooker and hob and fridge, and radio which works on electric. Has electric hookup for lights and radio and pump for sink water. Little side room if you wanted to use a chemical WC/portapotti. Has skylight which has a slight leak,. Has small wardrobe and storage under seats and a chest of drawers.
The awning is great and makes this a great space for kids/dogs to sleep (just like camping), has windows with curtains and 2 doors with zips that work. This slides into fixings on the caravan and is in very good condition.
