As well as supporting the Team Leader in the day-to-day running of the Highways Team, you'll provide technical leadership and expertise to between four and eight staff. You'll project manage a number of Highway Design, Maintenance and Improvement schemes for both the local County Council and Highways Agency Clients, ensuring the delivery of best-value, environmentally considerate and sustainable solutions.
