LighthouseWorks is an independently owned Employment Support Services Agency covering Somerset and the West of England formed in 2009.

We offer support, advice and information to both Employer and Jobseekers in the Private Sector.

Are services are two fold;

We work with employers to resource jobseekers for office based roles and we provide an Employee Assistance Programme to help identify stress in the workplace and to implement a programme to resolve stress related issues.

We also work with jobseekers to support them in their employment search whether unemployed, working and needing a change and looking to return back to work following a career break, illness or redundancy.
