Job Title: Finance Manager                                    Job Location: Bath

A broad and challenging finance role, that will see you managing the whole finance function, within a highly respected and high profile organisation in Bath. You will have responsibility for the trading company and any associated trusts, charities and investments. You will enjoy a great variety of work and play a key role in the management and development of the finance function.
 
Responsibilities will include:

- Development and implementation of processes
- Personnel financial functions
- Ensuring compliance with all tax and charity rules
- Management of the accounts team
- The modelling and production of financial business plans and projections
- Ensuring compliance with all tax and charity rules  

The successful candidate will be qualified, (ACA, CIMA or ACCA) with strong financial acumen, and will be an effective communicator. You will have experience of managing a finance function, dealing with both financial and management accounts/reporting, and will have ideally worked in a service based industry.
