We’re looking for a new housemate in their mid to late 20’s to join two girls and two guys (three professionals and one student) in a cosy house in Widcombe. Oh, not forgetting Indie the cat!

The house is 5 minutes walk from town and 10 minutes walk from the train station, also close to a good local pub and Tesco local on Bathwick hill.

A parking permit is available, but cost would be on top of the rent.

We have a double room fully furnished. There is a shared living room and kitchen with all mod cons (dishwasher, washing machine and microwave).

Its £425 a month, all bills included (apart from phone calls), that includes, gas, elec, water, council tax, sky TV and broadband.

Available from 1st November.
