1. Manage our office and keep it running smoothly
2. Support our Sales Manager

Here are the specifics ...

Sales Assistant
=======================================

We are looking for someone who will work directly with the Sales Manager to:

* Provide support to the Sales Manager during each event sales campaign including: diary organisation, lead/contact research and generation, webinar audience marketing, appointment setting.

* Manage the booking and contractual process of our partners/sponsors

* Ensure the elements of each sponsorship booking are delivered promptly

Office Manager
=======================================

We'd love to have someone in the office who can keep things running smoothly.

You'd be ...

* Answering the main phone
* Keeping the fridge stocked with goodies
* Making sure the office is organised and efficient
* Just be generally helpful

Salary

£15,000 - £18,000 based on experience
