A broad and challenging finance job based in Bath, that will see you managing the whole finance function of a high profile and well respected institution. This job presents an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to work in an inspirational and worthwhile business. You will have responsibility for the trading company and any associated trusts, charities and investments. You will enjoy a great variety of work and play a key role in the management and development of the finance team. Responsibilities will include: Development and implementation of processes, Personnel financial functions, Ensuring compliance with all tax and charity rules, Management of the accounts team, The modelling and production of financial business plans and projections, and Ensuring compliance with all tax and charity rules. The successful candidate will be qualified, (ACA, CIMA or ACCA) with strong financial acumen, and will be an effective communicator. You will have experience of managing a finance function, ideally within a Public Sector, Charity or "Not for Profit" organisation.
