Lords and ladies...

We have a medium/large sized room to let in the prestigious georgian terrace of Grosvenor Place. You'll be sharing with one girl and three guys.

The flat is split over two floors (maisonette style), and sports a huge lounge, good sized kitchen and bathroom (great shower!). We also have a garden out the back which is great for BBQs in the summer (and winter), plus there's a great view from the back of the flat (where the room is).

The room itself is more than big enough for a double bed, plus a few other bits of furniture. I would describe it as unfurnished, although there are a few bits in there which you're welcome to, or we can help you dispose of them.

Grosvenor Place is just off London Road - a stones throw away from Larkhall with it's quaint selection of shops. Morrisons is just 5 minutes walk on the way into town, which itself is only 15-20 minute flat walk away - or you can get a bus. There is plenty of free on-street parking.

We are all young professionals and are looking for another young professional, male or female, to replace Steve (not me), who is moving on to pastures new. Rent is £320 a month including all bills - in what is probably the best value for money flat in Bath!
