BOOKKEEPER/ADMINISTATOR required
(approx 20-35 hrs per week) for busy interior design office
Experienced in preparing up to management accounts on our existing
Accounts softwear programme Pronto (similar to Sage).
Duties will include the following;
• VAT returns & Monthly management accounts
• Inputting all data including Sales & Purchase ledger
• Prepare debtors list, chase payments, cheque runs & monitor cash flow
• W.I.P. Expenses & Visa. Monitor overheads & budgets
• General office admin & coordinating suppliers with designers;
from placing orders, filing, chasing orders/suppliers
• Stock control (for shop) & monitor takings
