Hi,

I have 4 rescue rats that are now eager to go to proper homes! I took them on after they were taken away from their mum far too early- they've now been fed right up and are all developing nice squidgy tummys!

They've all had lots of handling and are now all developing their own characters. I estimate that they are around 6/7 weeks now and are currently being kept in the cage I use for nursing my sick adults or when they're recovering from operations- the babies are rapidly outgrowing this cage and need to move on!

George is the largest one and also the most confident- he comes straight out of the cage as soon as I open the door and heads right up onto my shoulder! He's white with a black head and stripe down his body.

Harry is the runt of the litter but also the most interested in human contact. He joins George with clambering out of the cage as soon as possible but he likes to head either for my hands to lick my fingers or to try to climb into my mouth in the hope of being able to have a taste of whatever I had for breakfast! He's white with dark grey head and body stripe (with a little white dot in the middle of his head).

Percy is the quietest of the group, he takes his time to come out of the cage and once out likes to hide in my sleeve or down my top- often falling asleep once he's got himself comfortable! Another white with dark grey hood and stripe.

Charlie is most often found climbing- he's definitely the most adventurous! He alternates between climbing everywhere over me or joining George for a rest on my shoulder. He's also mostly motivated by filling his stomach! Another white with black hood and stripe.

I can deliver to places in the bristol/bath area or they can be viewed/collected at my place in Bristol!

I'm charging £12 for 2 of the rats or £20 for all four, this is to ensure they go to good homes. Please email me or phone for any details. I may also have a good cage for sale in the next couple of days- ask if interested!
