The Company
Robert Half are currently recruiting for an independent school within the Central Bath area.
The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a well qualified individual to play a key role in the management and development of the finance function. Reporting to the Bursar, the key responsibilities include:* Financial management and control of the Trust and its three schools, its trading company, trusts, charities and investments.* Coordination of forecasts, annual budgets and business plans, including finance modelling.* Development and implementation of processes.* Personnel financial functions.* Ensuring compliance with all tax and charity rules* Management of the accounts team.The successful candidate will be qualified, (ideally ACA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong financial acumen, and will be an effective communicator.Experience in the educational sector would be a distinct advantage although applicants from other industries will be considered.
Salary & Benefits
£40,000 - £50,000 plus benefits
