My client is the original fish restaurant and is an absolute essential for seafood lovers. The restaurant offers a traditional wet fish counter where you can buy fish to take home and cook yourself, or you can select any fish or crustacean and have it cooked there and then to your liking.

The two-floored restaurant can seat 100+ covers.

Blackboards display daily landings or diners can choose from a classic menu with delights such as piled-high fruits de mer, scrumptious river Exe mussels or simply the best cod and chips you will ever taste!

You will be working with one of Baths most renowned chefs, you must have a background within fresh food, fast paced restaurants and be used to catering for large numbers. You shoud have at least 2 years experience working as a chef de partie.

Duties will include supervising staff, working to deadlines, working under pressure and keeping accurate temperature and cleaning records.
