We are 4 friendly professional sharers (3 girls and 1 boy) looking for a new property to rent at the start of December.

We are looking for a 4 bedroom flat/house, although we will consider a 3 bedroom property if the dining room can be used for the 4th bedroom.

We are looking at spending no more than (combined) £1000 per month.

We are also looking at being within 20 minutes of walking distance of the centre of Bath (i.e not Twerton, not Southdown, not Coombe Down, etc.) and we would prefer not to live in Student areas (i.e. not Oldfield Park).

We currently live right in the centre of Bath and our rent is currently £250 a month each (for two separate two bedroom properties), so we know what prices are reasonable and what prices are not.
