RGN Shift Leader

Location: Trowbridge
Hourly Rate: £12.00 - £12.50
Shifts: Days
Full-time: 36 - 40 hours
Positions Available: 1

Duties:

Experienced registered general nurses are required for elderly nursing homes to work as shift leaders. The focus will be to function as a member of an experienced nursing team whilst also providing leadership to designated care staff as well as acting as the duty nurse when required. This care provider is seeking nurses with strong clinical skills and who are able to lead and motivate other members of staff.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse to take on a more diverse and challenging opportunity which can offer excellent training & development.
