I have started a new group on Facebook for Energy Assessors and Home Inspectors and would ask all Energy Assessors and Home Inspectors and Trainee's to join.The group is the UK Energy Assessor and Home Inspector Association. I would ask you all to join and ask any other Assessors/ Inspectors whom you know to join also.

We have some fundamental issues affecting all of us with regards over supply of Energy Assessors, the potential demise of the HIP and the price of an EPC being driven down by Pack providers and the marketplace. I am sure if we all acted as one and get as many Energy Assessors, Trainee Energy Assessors and Home Inspectors to Join and work together we could go someway to solveing all of these issues to our benefit. It also gives us a forum to discuss.

There are currently approximately 13000 Energy Assessors and Home Inspectors in the UK, that is the membership I am aiming for.

Remember without us now due to European Legislation there is no selling or letting of houses that surely puts us in a good position to determine our fate.
