RENTING MY COTTAGE
If you like a get-away - maybe to retreat, write or paint in beautiful Cornwall,

love cats than look no further. I am renting out my cottage from October 12th for two weeks.

Near Land's End, 7 miles from Penzance, Buses to and back every half hour.
On-site parking, lovely garden, 5 min walk from the Ocean.
Converted barn, small hamlet neighbourhood with sauna and swimming pools nearby and therapy centre.
This is a homely, basic place and for cat lovers only. I have two remaining, who love to be loved.
The rent includes water and basic electric. Wood for the wood burner can be bought separately, or if the night storage heater is needed, bill will be separately charged on my return as I have a clock meter.
I shall ask an additional £50 deposit for electric usage and will be sorted by meter reading on my return and charged accordingly.
I ask for a 50% deposit, remaining balance to be paid on-line 10 days before arrival please.
Neighbourly support is always available as well as contact with me while I am away.
