We are a couple looking for an opportunity in the hospitality area.

I am graduated in Hotel Management at the Escola Superior de Hotelaria e Turismo do Estoril - ESHTE.
During my career I gained valuable work experience in all different areas of 4 and 5 star hotels, in Italy, Spain and Portugal. I came to England in April of 2008, to improve my ability in the English language.

My partner is british, has an A–Level Art & Design by the West Nottinghamshire College and also 3 years studding BA Hons Degree in Fine Art in the University of Derby. He has been working in the hospitality trade since 1998 and has some valuable certificates such as, fire safety, first aid, cellar management, Basic Health and Hygiene, etc.

Currently we are both working in a 5 star AA restaurant with rooms, my partner as a duty manager / bar manager and myself as waitress/barmaid. But since it's a small property we have to be multitasked, which allow us to develop experience in all areas, bar, restaurant, cellar, reservations and reception.

We are highly motivated and dedicated to our jobs, making sure that the customers expectations are satisfied at our best. We are both used to work as team members being open minded, responsible, hard working and very reliable people. William being duty manager has also experience in managing small teams.
