I am the owner of a 2/3 bed house in Combe Down and currently live alone. I am a young professional 23/F/Teacher and am looking for someone to move into the house with me.

The bedroom available is a small double but there is space available in the rest of the house and there is potential for room to be used in the other small bedroom.

The house consists of entrance area, lounge, kitchen, dining/utility area, toilet and seperate bathroom with bath and overhead electric shower. There is ample parking nearby and the house has a small courtyard style garden with furniture and shed.

There is a large TV/DVD with freeview and Wii in the lounge and all white goods for use in the kitchen (including tumble drier and dishwasher). The house also has wireless internet access and a phone line. There is gas central heating and double glazing throughout.

I am clean and tidy but do have 2 very friendly and well trained cats.

£350 pcm is without council tax and bills but if necessary then an 'all-in' price could be negociated.
