An international auction house is seeking a part time administrator to assist with the management of catalogue subscriptions.

This busy part time role covers a wide variety of tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, answering telephone enquiries and processing catalogue subscription orders, renewals and payments; processing the returned post on the database; contacting clients regarding returned email addresses, general office duties and any other tasks which may be assigned from time to time.

You will have proven administrative ability, be computer literate, have excellent communication skillls both written and oral, and be a good team player.
