We are working in partnership with our client to find them a Nursing Home Manager for their Frome based care centre.You must be RMN / RGN / RNLD

The company are specialist in a wide spectrum of care including dementia,nursing and residential and at present a vacancy has arisen for a Nursing Home Manager to take over the day to day running of their Frome Based home , the home is 60 bedded and is split into two unit ones which caters predominantly in dementia and the other which is general nursing both buildings have a Unit Manager but as home manager you will oversee all.

This is a great opportunity for the right person as the home is owned by a growing evolving company who place huge value on their staff.

Your main duties would invole ensuring home is operating at all times with CQC guidelines, oversee recruitment and development of staff,ensure high calibre care is delivered at all times amongst others.
