I have a large double bedroom and private bathroom available in my house in West Harptree, Chew Valley. There can be a double bed and large wardrobe your room.

You would be sharing the lounge and kitchen/diner with me (44, male) and a couple of cats but I am rarely there due to working in London most of the week.

The rent includes all bills plus broadband, Sky TV and reasonable use of the phone. £400 per month for single and £450 for a couple.

The house has a large open fire for those cold winter evenings and is close to the local pub and shop. This will go to the first person to see it. So don't delay.
