Exciting opportunity to be part of the opening brigade at this 1-2 rosette standard French brasserie.

Using only the finest seasonal, free range and organic cuisine you will create delectable menus, traditional French cuisine with modern flavours and influences.

This is a busy environment catering for 120 covers. The Chef de Parties I am looking for will thrive in a fast paced, high volume kitchen serving top quality cuisine.

1-2 rosette experience is essential.

Salary £17000 - £20000
