We have a double room (with double bed inc) which is available as soon as required but rent currently paid till Dec. Current housemate is moving for work but he doesn't mind holding out until Jan if you need later.

This is a great well furnished house with a large garden and parking.
Close to shops, pubs, takeaways, bus routes and only 15 mins from town. Has sky and broadband.

We're all pretty laid back, tidy-ish, social people. So looking for someone similar.
