JHP Employability, a division of one the largest and most successful vocational training providers in the UK are now open in Bath, offering two different strands of support to those facing redundancy or the unemployed.

JHP Employability's Response to Redundancy (R2R) programme offers advice and action planning to you if you are facing redundancy or unemployed to give you the best chance of securing alternative employment in a highly competitive job market.

If you are unemployed, either as a result of redundancy or other circumstances, you are entitled to a full range of R2R support - all at no cost to yourself. We can help if you need to brush up your existing skills to find employment or if you want to retrain and find a job within a new industry.

Our Entry to Employment programme is designed to help young people train for the career they want. We will give you the skills you need to find work, help you find apprenticeships and arrange work experience to get a feel for your chosen career, all at no cost to you.

We have a local team in place at our new JHP Employability Centre in Bath who can provide support tailored to your individual needs, including:
* Development of an Individual Learning Plan.
* Training to develop your job search skills including support with job applications, CV writing and essential skills.
* Training to update your existing skills in a specific employment sector.
* Pre-employment training to develop the skills needed to enter a different occupation or employment sector.
* Regular one-to-one progress reviews to support you through the programme
* We will also source job vacancies and support you through the application process
