Senior Sous chef required for award winning Michelin star restaurant in Bath

Senior Sous Chef required for one of the UK’s finest Michelin star kitchens. As a Senior Sous Chef you will be joining a highly skilled and professional brigade of 18. We are looking for a strong Senior Sous and or Junior Sous from a defined Michelin star background. The successful candidate will be highly passionate about creating sensational dishes and wish to work with one of the finest Michelin star chefs in the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and be trained by a true Michelin star Master Chef. Superb training is guaranteed alongside the opportunity to undertake stages in many of the UK’s finest Michelin star restaurants.

This is an opportunity not to be missed! Please note that you will NOT be considered unless you have a strong background in Michelin star properties

I am in a position to organise interviews and work trials immediately.

• Salary £28,000- £30,000 annum.
