Hello, I'm Vicki and I'm 22.

I've lived in Bath for four years, since I came here to do my undergrad degree at Bath Spa University. I then stayed on to do a Masters degree in Writing For Young People which I have just completed and thoroughly enjoyed.

Whilst doing my degrees, I started working part time at the Mews Nursery/Playclub where I worked with children aged from 18 months up to 12 years old as a Playworker. I loved working at the Mews but they are unable to offer me a full time position due to the current economic climate.

When I'm not writing or working I love to be outside as much as possible and enjoy be active. I also enjoy all of the usual things such as music, the cinema and socialising with friends.

I'm the oldest of four kids and also the oldest of 16 cousins which means that I have a wide experience of childcare.

I'm very organised and always like to be doing something new and challenging.

Being a writer can be quite a lonely occupation and so I like to be in a job where I can work directly with other people.

I'm looking for a job either in a nursery setting or as a nanny as I love to work with children and it is easily the best and more rewarding job that I've ever had.

I'm based currently in Timsbury but I have my own car and a clean driving license (that I've held for 3 1/2 years) so I am able to travel.
