Service Improvement Manager

Requirement for an experienced Service Improvement Manager for an ASAP start.

Duties:
Facilitate and monitor the Equality and Diversity Strategy and Action Groups, taking forward the Groups Strategic Action Plan.

Responsible for analysing new legislation and best practice and recommend changes to policies and procedures to ensure that our client achieves all its objectives and fulfils statutory obligations.

You will be responsible for taking the lead on the implementation of policy review timetable and support staff across the business in the development of relevant policies. This is a major quick win task as the policy review timetable "system" needs to be developed.

Working closely with Line Managers on the quarterly Performance Indicators (P.I) reporting and take responsibility for completion and publication of the PI report.

Facilitate service reviews to ensure that out client achieves the highest standard of service.

To review the performance of external contracts such as the Legal Services contract to ensure quality and value for money is achieved. Advise the Group Director of Corporate Services of performance against the contract. Act as lead contact for the new contract.

You will also be responsible for producing Board Briefings as required, advising of changes in legislation and best practice in the housing sector (and policy reviews as above).
