Hi, my name is Vaios and i am a full-PhD student. I am looking for a studio-flat to rent for at least three years period. I am not interested in sharing. I don't care about the size of the kitchen(as long as it is decent) and also i don't care about parking space.I want a good,relatively big living room with big windows though. I prefer a furnished house but even just a bed and an office desk will be enough. I am willing to pay up to 550 per month(maybe 600 for something very special). I Prefer if the house is located in a 15 min walking distance from the center of the city.
