I have a large double room in a spacious 2-bed top floor flat available for rental from end of October. The room has a large built-in closet, a double bed and a fireplace. The flat comprises a large living room with lovely views, a spacious kitchen with all mod cons, bathroom, two bedrooms and hallway.

The flat is located on the top floor of a house on Grosvenor Place, London Road. Buses frequently run into town. Larkhall is within three minutes walks, and has a supermarket, a pub and various take-aways restaurants. Morrisons is also within a ten minute walk from the flat.

I am a 26-year old professional, easy to get along with and looking for a male or female professional around 24-35 years old to share the flat with. I'm looking for someone who is tidy, considerate and sociable.

Bills are not included in the rent. Add around an extra £50/month.

The flat is available from around end of October.
