Office Administrator
Our client is a financial services company based in central Bath, who are seeking to recruit an office administrator on a salary of £12,000 - £13,000 per annum. The role is very varied and involves the following:
Duties:
· Answering telephones
· Dealing with Faxes & Emails
· Updating in-house database
· Deal Tracking
· Filing
· Banking
· Dealing with incoming & outgoing post
· Ordering all office supplies including stationary
· Printer organisation
· Welcoming visitor into the office
· Making teas, coffees and washing up
· Assisting other members of staff where required
