Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently recruiting for a service business based in Bath.
The Role
This is a great opportunity to grow a rapidly growing business back by a Private Equity Company. You will join as Financial Controller with the view of progressing to Financial Director. You will be the number one in finance and have overall responsibilities for the finance function. This will include maintenance of ledgers, the balance sheet and profit and loss. You will prepare all the monthly management accounts to present to the board and the statutory in preparation for year end and audits.There is a commercial focus on this role and you will provide support for tenders and bids of new contracts. In order to be considered you will need to be qualified in ACA, ACCA or CIMA or at very least very close to completion of a relevant finance qualification.You must have experience in working as part of a finance team in a small to medium size business.
Salary & Benefits
£35,000 - £40,000 plus benefits
