Have you bricked your PSP by one of the following?

* Interupting a firmware upgrade
* Wrongly installed a custom theme
* Downgraded incorrectly
* Messed around with the flash files

If so, your PSP will show the green power light but the screen remains blank and there's no sound.

Or perhaps you would like me to downgrade your PSP back to 1.50 (or any (custom) firmware)?
