As one of the largest rooms in the house the bedroom on offer comes complete with built in storage and small (non-functioning) fireplace. Apart from this the room is unfurnished.
You'll be sharing with three others. All professionals and aged mid to late 20's and on street parking is available with a permit.
Bills are not included in the monthly rent. You'd preferably be of similar age and able to fit into a social household.
