My Client, located in Somerset, is currently looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker for this highly rewarding job opportunity.

Joining a supportive team, you will work within the Children and Families team within a role that includes all aspects of Long Term work.

What your position requires:
. Building strong relationships with Children and their Families
. To advise, devise, implement and manage change in relation to care planning for looked after children
. To assist with the development, lead and implementation of a strategic direction for looked after children
. To identify the needs of looked after children and the desired outcomes for the service
. To ensure that care plans are in place for all looked after children and any delays in implementing them is addressed by the relevant manager

You must have:
. Diploma in Social Work
. A valid enhanced CRB
. GSCC registration
