Posture has long been discussed as an important part of the way our body works. Through gravity our body weight should be distributed equally through the joints of our body. When posture becomes misaligned the weight of our body bypasses the joints and relies upon the musculoskeletal system to carry and hold the weight of our body. Working against gravity and carrying our body weight is no easy feat; Especially for the musculo-skeletal system, which is mainly designed to move our body not carry it. In 9 years and treating over 2000 clients, Christian has yet to see a client’s body with 100% balance throughout the joints. Everyone has imbalance in posture, and as such everyone suffers with pain and suffers with bodily systems.

Through targeting the connective tissue surrounding the joints of the body, Myofascial Release can release the structures and shift the imbalances in order to redistribute your body weight.

The first session of Myofascial Release with Christian will take 3 hours and will be spent checking and realigning hip imbalances, check and realign acquired leg length discrepancies. Start to create balance in the feet and knees and finally influence the rib cage and the shoulder position and reposition where your head naturally sits.

In three to four three hour sessions you should have a balanced posture, be free of pain and get your bodily systems, mind and energetic system all drastically improved.
