I am a 22 year old female who works full time as a manager for a local convenience shop. And am looking for a flat mate to share a six month contract. Which can be renewed after.

The contract is done through a local letting agency. They take £500.00 up front. This is the first months rent and a £250.00 deposit. They also normally charge a small fee for writing up the contract.
