Only ten minute walk into town and two minutes from local shops/ bank and post office.
Would mostly suit a student who is sociable but also hard working. The tenant will need to pay half rent until Sept 30th and full from then onwards. It will ready to move in on the 1st of Sept (ideal for coming starting a new academic semester).
